Family Friday: Adoption Awareness Month/Day One Of Thankfulness

Dear Friends and family-

November is National Adoption Awareness Month. It’s a time to celebrate adoptive families and spotlight the thousands of youth and teens across our country who are still awaiting permanent, loving homes.

It is also the first day of November and a month of Thankfulness. I am so thankful for my boys. They may not have been born of my body, but they are born of my heart. I wouldn't change a single thing about them. We love you, Tony and Noah!

So thankful for our adopted blessings!

Do you know anyone who has adopted? Or is maybe adopted? There is a young man who works at my regular coffee stand. Several months ago, it came out that we fostered and adopted. He got so excited as he exclaimed that he is adopted. A short while later we met at the orthodontist and he shared his adoption story with me. It was neat to hear how the Lord had worked in his life.

Have a wonderful month of Thankfulness!
God bless,
Heidi
