Ever have one of those days???

I'm sure that by now, most of you know that I set up my blog posts way ahead of time to come out on a specific day. For instance, I will spend maybe one day a week working on my posts, but I don't actually blog every day. As a result,  my blog posts are rarely in real time. I do this so that I am not consumed by blogging and also because frankly, I don't have the time every day to work on it. So I set it up so that I have blog posts coming out at least a month out.

That being said....it didn't happen for today. Today was supposed to be a blog about a field trip that we took to Dutch Bros. Coffee warehouse two weeks ago. Plenty of time to get it up...but...well...that didn't happen. Don't worry, I will do it at some point. But life just happened over the past couple weeks:

• Our foster son has been sick as well as the fact that he had to get his 4 year old shots. So needless to say, he has felt miserable!
• One of my great-uncle's passed away, so we were helping with that some. 
• We have had a bunch of appointments, more than usual, that have really broke up my day.

At any rate, I realized this morning that I hadn't got a blog post up for today....

So wanna know how my real time day has been so far? 

This morning after I dropped off my foster son at preschool, I sat in the parking lot for 40 minutes taking phone calls. Then I came home and made, no exaggeration, about 25 phone calls regarding many different things. 

Then I started in on cleaning the house, getting dinner going in the crockpot and running around to get some things done before I needed to go pick up Little Mr from preschool.

Got Little Mr settled for nap, made myself some lunch and.......here I am and here I go....I have more things calling me as all four of my girls aren't feeling good, so I need to get some things done around the house.
