Gluten-Free Friday: Pizza!

Welcome to Gluten-Free Friday and our first food post!

Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust

NOTE: I first want to say that this is not supported or endorsed by Bob's Red Mill.
I simply love their products and have to share!

Now on to the fun part!

When we decided that it was in our family's best interest to be completly gluten-free, we started looking at our favorite meals and looking to see how we could make them gluten-free. One of our family's favorites is to make little mini pizzas on Friday nights. We used to get english muffins and make those our crusts. WIth those out, we looked to see what we could make for our crust. We found Bob's Red Mill had a GF line including a pizza crust:

Excidedly, we bought it, took it home and put it to the test. It passed. With FLYING colors! In fact, we all agree that it is the best pizza crust we have ever tasted. It's very simple to make and if you want to, you can even make the dough ahead of time and put it in the frig to eat within a few days.

One package feeds our family of eight. The first night we made two medium size pizzas, the second time we made 8 personal size pizzas. And the cost is only $4 for a package!

Here are some pics from the fun the girls and I had the first night we made them:

YUM!

Until next time...

Have a blessed day and embrace the craziness in your life!
