Do You Like Animals?


I sure do!
Currently we have two dogs, one cat, one guinea pig, a turtle and a parakett...

Up until a couple weeks ago, we had a Bunny, named Oliver, but Oliver was hurt badly, we think maybe by a stray cat. It was really sad, but during the hardest moment, I prayed to God, and asked Him, if he wouldn't heal our bunny completely, that he would make the bunny's death quick and painless. The bunny lasted that night, but the next day, around four-thirty, he died. I'm thankful that it was quicker than it could have been. It is always hard to lose an animal, and some people might be critical, and say things like: 

"Why would you let your child watch as their pet died?"

However, I think it helps us to better understand the way of life, to be able to process it. In fact, I would have been very upset if my mother had kept me away from him in his last moments. The bunny was a very special pet to me, and even though it hurt to watch as he suffered, God gave me a peace down in my heart that he would take good care of the bunny, and since I  trust God with all my heart, I also trusted Him with the bunny.
