The Early Morning Fight....

It's funny....I never thought about there being two sides to 5am.
I now know that there are two sides called  Up Early or Up Late.

For years I have liked to get up early, around 5am, and have my devotions. This gives me time with my Lord, time to myself and time with an empty quiet house. The crazy thing is that I am also a night owl. So....it's a wonder I am able to do it at all.

Recently, I discovered that 5am can also mean Up Late. Like, late into the night... Recently, I was up with one of our twins from 3:30am to around 5am. At that point, 5am seemed late in the night!

I guess it's all about perspective!
