Bread: Something New and Different
So yesterday I started to make some bread and realized I had no eggs. What was I going to do? I am new to this world of no store-bought bread and had not thought ahead to the chance of no eggs. So I tried something new, I have done this with cakes and had excellent results: I replaced the missing egg with mayonnaise. It turned out delicious! It was a hit with the family! I wish I had taken some pics of it. But alas, it is now it is being digested in my children's stomach with a small amount left in the bag!
