Welcome to memories...my memories....welcome to a Blast from my Crazy Past!
Road trips ar fun...but even more fun with friends! Enjoy this blog post from 8 years ago, around Spring of 2009...
We had so much fun yesterday! It was President's Day, and of course, no school. We took our friends up in the mountains to a Fish Hatchery. They had never been there! Lived their whole lives here in this area and never went. Unbelievable! Here are a few pics from the day:

My friend runs a full time daycare in her home, I have a partial daycare and homeschool. So, it has been a while since our two families were able to get out of our houses and go on a road trip. We headed to the fish hatchery first. Where we wasted a couple bucks trying to get fish food out of the candy machines they have set up. Only to have one of the workers come by and give us a half a bucket or so full of fish food! They sure had fun feeding the fish and watching the frenzy that occured from tossing food out in the water.
After feeding the frenzied fish some food, we headed to a little park we had passed on the way and set up lunch stuff. Probably spent a couple hours there, eating and playing. The kids played FOREVER on the playground. Me and my friend played games.
There is something about memories like these that make you want to go relive them! I just sent a text to the friend mentioned in this post and told her that it made me sad to write about our kiddos. Cause they are growing up so fast. Both our older two are graduating this year, hers is going off to college and mine wants to be a nanny. It's so crazy! Life goes on and so much we...
Till next time...
Have a blessed day and embrace the craziness in your life!
