Blast From The Crazy Past- Wow! (Part Three)

Here is the final episode in my Thanksgiving Trilogy of Answered Prayer From The Past: (Originally posted in 2009) You can find Part One here and Part Two here. Enjoy!

Wow, I cannot believe that it has been so long since I updated my blog! However, it has been a crazy busy summer and we have just been enjoying our time together as a family! I guess I will update on the last updates I posted! LOL

1) We still have not heard back from Peter's Dr about his last test. I am going to have him call the doc and see if we can get anywhere on that information highway.
Update: They do not really know what was wrong with Peter, but it is gone now! Praise the Lord! He has been enjoying good health for the past several months and we are so happy!
2) I called about T-Boss's EEG results this morning and the Dr's assistant didn't seem to know what I was talking about. She took his name and my number and said she would call me later.....have not heard anything....gonna call by four if they don't call me.
Update: T-Boss has been off seizure drugs for 6 months now and recently had his 6 month check up. Dr said that there would be no reason why he can't have a completely normal and med-free life! Praise the Lord for His goodness regarding His children!
3) Homeschooling: We started the school year in the third week of August and we are doing great! Mac is in 5th grade, George is in 3rd, Sis is in Kindergarten and Shells is in Pre-K.
4) Adoption Update: It will happen when it happens and gauranteed you will know it happened! ROFLOL
So on to new news:
We have added a new member to our family: Miss Chloe!
Chloe 042
I have some cute pics of her but have no clue where they are on my computer at the moment....oh, here is one of her sleeping:
Chloe 027
Anyway, she has been such a blessing to our family! She has the sweetest personality, rarely barks unless she is trying to play with our cats and loves to play with the kids.
We almost lost her this week to Parvo. Unbeknownst to us, she was missing a booster shot. Obviously, had we known, we would have got her in to get it. Sadly though, she contracted Parvo and almost died. However, God was good and helped us to get her in to the vet in time and she is home and doing great now! Praise the Lord!
We are getting ready to start a new year in Sunday School. Peter and I will continue to team-teach the Highschool/College class. We are really excited about the upcoming school year.
I think that is all I can think of right now. I know I will close this and realize I left something out, but oh well!
